1 General Terms & Conditions

VIP 7 (vip7.wine) is an online Sports Betting and lottery platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between VIP 7 and its members.

In these terms and conditions, "VIP 7", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the vip7.wine platform. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered individual using this platform.

Eligibility

These terms apply to all individuals accessing the VIP 7 platform from Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open and use an account on VIP 7.

Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Providing a false age is strictly prohibited. If proven, the account and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details at the time of registration.
• VIP 7 may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

One Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, device, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds will not be refunded.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. VIP 7 will not be held responsible for any bets placed or transactions made by someone else using your account.

3 Deposits & Payments

VIP 7 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Currency

4 Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw your winnings, your account must be fully verified and all active bonus rollover requirements must be met.

• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered to your account. Withdrawals to third-party numbers are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

VIP 7 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (rollover), typically 5–20x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been completed.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply when placing bets using bonus funds.
• Each bonus has an expiry date — once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated on the promotions page.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is available one time only and can only be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members when placing Sports Betting on VIP 7.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, VIP 7 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will generally be refunded.

Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds may change at any time, but once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will remain in effect.

Live Betting

In live betting, bets may not be accepted due to internet disconnection or delays. VIP 7 accepts no liability in such cases.

7 Lottery Terms

Tickets & Draws

• The price of each lottery ticket and the jackpot amount are fixed in advance.
• Draws are conducted through a fully automated and random process. There is no human intervention.
• Draw results are final and no appeals will be accepted.
• Lottery prizes will be credited directly to the winner's VIP 7 account.

Claiming Large Prizes

Identity verification is mandatory for prizes exceeding ৳1 lakh. Payouts will be withheld until verification is complete.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VIP 7 and may result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Providing false information on the platform.
• Abusive behaviour toward the support team or other members.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Closed at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request. Once the account is closed, it can no longer be accessed with those credentials.

VIP 7 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

10 Responsible Gaming
